it's funny how i can be tearing so openly in my train and bus rides home now. last time i would just hide my face to a corner and try to sob as quietly as possible. maybe i just wanted to see if there's any stranger out there for me? hahas. there's this one time i really broke down in the train. it was peak hour so there's a considerable amount of people around me. and i guess it is pretty hard NOT to notice that someone is sniffing away, that her red swollen eyes can't seem to stop overflowing with tears. but there's no one. no one offered theirs tissue. nor there's anyone who came up to show concern. even a simple, "are you okay?" or "everything's gonna be fine" would totally help despite the fact that it's coming from a stranger. yet all i can see is probably just an angmo doing it bah. how i wish the people here have that kind of affection too.

the next time i see anybody crying, i'll not be hesitated to offer a tissue(if i have one), and give him/her a pat on the shoulder saying, "it's alright."

an unplanned trip to johor today. i weren't very excited cos' i pretty much have nothing i wanna shop for. until i found out source code was already showing in the theaters there. the trailer itself is very captivating so i have no doubts that this would turn out a good film. so awesome man; a $3 movie, cheap popcorns, earlier dose of jake gyllenhaal than the singaporeans, and a plus plus for such a great storyline. a very engaging movie it was. kept me interested till the very end and thinking, "huh? it's over already?" brilliant characters, you can totally feel the connection to them. it's only a pity that it was played in 4:3 and the quality wasn't that nice. i would gladly watch it again but this time, in true hd. cos the color treatment seems pretty decent too and i want my jakey in the big big de widescreen! =DD

next up would be security police! hopefully gantz will show soon too eh!

graduate loh! officially, one week ago. goodbye my dear poly life. it was quite a bumpy ride but still, :)

at first i was really excited about the hongkong trip that the school is organising. then later there's this japan trip auggy brought up. being the girl who eat walk talk japan, and even sleep also dream about going japan, i naturally strike hk off the list since the dates are gonna clash. actually, the fact that kenny won't be joining us anymore also added to my decision. (not that wesley ain't good enough, just that im quite close to kenny and it really upsets me that he's leaving for a year! damn!)

however, after many many days of rethinking, i've decided to give japan a miss too. lazy to write why but anyway, it was too late to register for the hk trip either. such a pity that i'd miss the fun with my classmates there. then again, we'll be going genting on the 3rd week of september! hope that will make up my absent. ((:

then comes the trip with the dancers, a last minute one. it was going to be tioman or krabi island i thought. in the end it turns out to be hongkong! so after one big round im still going hongkong! just with different people eh.

sneaked some time out an peaked on one episode of shukudai-kun. ahh i miss arashi so much. the moment i see their faces i felt this comfort in my heart.

all these while it's just dance assignment dance assignment. no time for myself eh. cny's around the corner but i don't have to time go out shop. on weekends i rather stay home and chiong my assignments cos' of the fact that i'm really slow in progressing. due dates are next week + next next week, but i still have to spare time to go dance. why? ftl is in less than 20 days and i'm still not up to standard. cannot afford to not train.

sunday do assignments till morning monday go school without sleep then continue to do assignments go for dance training tired like shit but cannot go home yet stayed back till even later to train ftl reach home tried to stay awake continued with assignments fall asleep half way through missed tuesday morning lesson wake up in the afternoon and yet again assignments then same of thing doing them till morning wednesday go school without sleep again after lesson go clubhouse do assignments till training start after that train ftl then reach home very late but still do assignments till morning manage to sleep alitte cos thursday lessons are in the afternoon then assignments chiong till night and finally get to sleep in normal timing thus friday is a not tired day got energy for lesson and dance also got time to slack and eat supper go home sleep saturday wake up do assignments and routine starts all over again.

a hectic lifestyle and it wears me out. but for now, this very moment, i'm glad that arashi is there for me. =D

hahaha, so i was on the desktop today from 11am to 7pm doing my freaking assignments. darn that masking of the cup, took me like 2 days to finish it. tried out the planet explosion and did a quick modeling of the meteor too. hope can clear all my doubts on the effects with kenny later cos' i'ma chiong assignments this weekend! to the extremeeeeee!!

anyway, just did a last minute research for my matte painting. i think i can finally visualize how my final product will look like le. hees, can't wait to work on it ne. production design and gems are more or less settle i guess. now what seems to worry me the most is 3d. haix, haven't start and i've no idea what to do wors gg...

all of them are due in around 3 weeks, the most packed deadline we ever had. it's gonna be many sleepless nights ahead again people! :'(

in the end it's always that few people, that same old people who get to perform. the others? we are one club leh. you should know that our standard is equals to the lousiest member. keep getting the better ones to showcase, so is that the standard of our club? then we ourselves don't give chance and trust to our own people, when will they ever get to go up the stage? if only we could do it together, the fast learner and the slower ones, i swear it'd be so much fun. and did you even take time to notice the sad faces around? no wonder more and more people are leaving the sdz.

talk about up-keeping the standard of the club. sorry but wtf are you thinking ws? i mean, that choreo is great for entertainment, really. but seriously just drop the idea of showcasing that in the open house lah. then i have no idea why the hell are we still having genre trainings. i thought we're always told off for side tracking from hiphop? together with this batch the situation is much worse and you're telling me that we're in favor of it? then might as well we take out hiphop from our sdz core lor, since most of us enjoy doing our genre more. wait till next year when new batch come in, find out they are more into hiphop and then we bring back hiphop. like that huh? what is there to upkeep if we don't even have a standard already.

then juniors, all spoiled by us. we never force you to complete the rounds within a certain timing. we let you slow jog to the point you can even walk. like that still can complain? then if you were to train under daniel all of you's gonna die i tell you. today, went school without sleeping last night. hectic man! i was so tired after surviving through my morning classes. made me wonder if i still have the energy to take training later. kenny asked me to meet him at 2pm outside visual effect room to help him with something. so after having lunch with shasha and gang at fc5, i took my slow walk up the hill. reach there then he tell me don't need liao. ahhhh! waste my energy and sweat to travel in such a sunny day!

so i walk back to clubhouse, took my bag and went for the itp talk. it was so boring there and i practically slept throughout. then i woke up, realising i forgot to collect camera. ahhhhh! must go back business block again!

rushing back to mph with my heavy bag was a torture. though i was looking forward to teaching them the choreo i learnt online. woohoo. finally found back the feeling i had last time when i was so enthu about dance. million dollar bill was fun to dance to cos' its more on grooving to the music. heck your angles, heck your energy, heck the steps, just move to the music. that's why we always had fun last time right?

you people have no idea how tedious it is. there's the converting, the processing then editing and exporting. and it all adds up to the constant crashing of my laptop. these equals to time aites so stop complaining lah. and it's not like i know everything about video. there's still so many stuffs that i need to look up on and search for tutorials. i'm actually new to this area of work ya know? besides, i've already give myself a 2 months deadline to finish up the job. consider fast liao leh! for waves13 videography club took around half a year to give us the video and it's like not edited one lor. i am here doing my best already so please...

shitkingz is the best. i'm so inspired to improve after watching them dance. it sort of brings back the reason why i started dancing in the first place. and i've been thinking, why didn't i have any signs of progress for dance? guess it's because i dabble in too much genres, and the fact that i drifted away so far from the passion i had for dance. though i have my mind set now. i'm gonna stick with hiphop and house. still struggling whether i should give up locking or not. if i stop, it seems such a waste of shasha's effort when he started training me the very time i became an official member of sdz. don't feel like disappointing him heh. but if i choose to continue, i not sure if i have the discipline to make sure i move on for all 3 of it.

supper talk earlier on with zul and khai. suddenly it's all coming back. hate to agree with them yet it's true. obviously i'm just avoiding the reality all these while. if only i could take a step back and tell you how sad the situation is. yes blablabla, that's what yall' will hear. thus i wouldn't bother to do it eh.

i have so much plans. to get a portable harddisk and a external one. i was even thinking to change my whole cpu since my brother is offering to get a new flat screen monitor for me. but all of this, *poofs*, gone! gone in a second because of his reckless mind. and to think i was so close to filling the big hole from my drained bank account. geesh! why can't you wait? what's the rush? now a supposedly peaceful day is totally ruined. "von, don't mind. don't mind," i kept telling myself. but, hell right. i couldn't stop crying. i was so angry. even though he didn't do it intentionally, i still blame him. he said sorry, which made me even more mad.

i'm just staring into blank space now. i couldn't do anything. not until i have the mood back again.

edited, 29th august: anyway, my room's done. and i've been unpacking all my stuffs. well, more specifically, getting rid of them. hahs, i have so many useless things accumulated throughout the years. my god i'm a living dumpster!

alrighty. today went out on a date with mingwei and aunt. it has already became a routine that whenever weiwei check out from his army, we'll go catch a lunch/dinner and a movie together. and i love it cos' i don't have to dig my own pocket! *evil laugh* watched UP and it was freaking awesome. first 15 minutes of the movie i already had tears welling up. love that cute fat boy and those stupid dogs when they go "squirrel!!!"

so after that went shopping for mingwei's party. he's celebrating his 21st birthday next saturday. ordered swensen ice-cream cake, checked out sakae's sushi takeaway, bought lots of ingredients for the food aunt's gonna make. and i heard there'll be a buffet too. boy that's alot of food!

did i mention that i'm freaking busy? it's the time again. the time where we're all stressed out by our assignments, others are enjoying their asses off. then when their exams engage, we'll be laughing back at them. what a lousy system we've got here. but then again i still have to plan the party and buy present, and the most worrying thing now is the battle on wednesday. nah i hadn't been practicing much and even if i want to practice now, i don't have time to spare. geesh.

to tell you the truth, i don't have much friends. there's so many times i'd just sit on the sofa, wondering what can i do besides watching television. while all my friends are out having fun, i'm all alone at home waiting for my pathetic phone to ring, waiting for that someone, in fact anyone, to ask me out. guess no one bothers eh.

sometimes i wish i can be more sociable like ethel or meieng. walk to any part of the school and ethel would be saying hi to someone she knew. and meieng? hahs, she's always hanging out with her friends after school nuff' said. oh, don't get offended heh i'm probably just jealous that you have a lot of friends. i wonder why don't i have that someone to say hi to and to go out with after school. well, can't blame them though cos' i suppose that 99% of the problems lies within me, that i refuse to get familiar with anybody.

i remembered the day i cried so hard and the person who lent me a shoulder was my dad. can you believe it? my dad, who's always out of town, who's the least person i'd see in the house that took a little of his time to show some concern towards me. not even my mum realised i was unhappy.

argh, they are driving me nuts man. and by they i meant those darn assignments. have a really bad feeling that i ain't gonna finish them up in time.

for some really i can't find the information i need on japan for my backpacking gems. been searching for very long already, still i can't find them! god am i fed up. i don't care no more. i'm gonna come up with the information myself and finish up the god damn presentation which i've dragged way too long to strike it off my list.

i am worried about my effects animation. cos' i've been missing out on the class alot and i've completely no clue what to do. not to mention that neither do i know how to do them. aiyayayaya. last week when i had spare time while waiting to film, i went online searching for some tutorials. but, it's no help at all! geesh!

dcm i haven't touch it at all since the day i digitized the tape. though this might be the most stable assignment in hand, it takes hell of a time to get it done and be gone with. shall totally start doing it tomorrow.

on a brighter note, i am done with my matte painting! and i'm proud to say that i'm very proud of my work this time! muahahaha!!
